Tom Findling is a strategic leader with a proven track record in go-to-market (GTM), product and data science. Having served as Chief Customer Officer at IntSights (acquired by Rapid7) and subsequently as Senior Director of Product at Rapid7, he brings a unique blend of strategic vision and execution to the table running large scale operations. Additionally, he led GTM and product roles at VMware and SUS.

Alon Yotvat
Alon Yotvat brings a decade of product and engineering expertise to the Conifers team. His background includes serving as an Engineering Director at Rapid7, where he focused on AI and security solutions, including Threat Intelligence and Attack Surface monitoring. As Director of Field Engineering at IntSights (acquired by Rapid7) Alon’s developed close relationships with top customers, solving their most complex problems. Previously, Alon held senior engineering and customer engagement roles at Elbit and Nice.

Mark Kurman brings extensive engineering experience to the team. With a history of serving in multiple engineering leadership positions at Forescout, where he concluded his tenure as VP, Engineering, Mark has demonstrated a proven track record in running high-performing engineering teams. His experience also includes roles at WebSense and Elbit.

Doron Bachar
Doron Bachar brings over 20 years of experience leading technology programs, software teams, and more recently, AI initiatives. Doron joins Conifers from the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office, where he led strategic programs focused on integrating LLM-based AI tools. Doron holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science.

Elad Hoffer
Elad Hoffer brings nearly two decades of experience building and scaling products in cybersecurity, data, and AI. He was previously Head of Core Product at Salt Security and held senior product management roles at leading cyber companies, beginning his career at NICE Systems. Elad is also a co-founder and Program Director of the Product Management program at Bar-Ilan University’s School of Technology and Cyber.

Virginia Lux has extensive marketing experience building brand and driving demand for cybersecurity startups. Prior to Conifers, she was Head of Marketing at Deepfactor, a leading application security platform provider that was acquired by Cisco. Previously, Virginia held senior marketing positions at companies that were acquired by IBM, Harness and Fortinet.

Adam Shor
As Conifers’ Go-to-Market Leader, Adam Shor brings more than 10 years of security sales and sale/engineering experience to this role. Prior to Conifers he was Head of Growth for Sweet Security, held key roles at Rapid7, and was Director of Sales Engineering of APJ at IntSights Cyber Intelligence (acquired by Rapid7). At Verint Systems, Adam was a senior analyst/consultant, advising security leaders how to improve their security operations.
